In love....

Yes, I love the man I (now) live with - he's brilliant. 

But I also have a new love (or rekindled love)... for the art of pottery.

Over the past few months I've taken up pottery again and have been learning how to work the wheel. 

In previous years I have never had the chance to learn how to throw pots and ... it's hard! 

It's hard but it's rewarding, satisfying and exciting 

(you never know what is going to come out of the kiln after the final firing)...

The glazing is chance really... you never know how those colours will mix together, at that temperature, in that position, on that day in the kiln.... MAGIC.
